ECA Partners Forum will be convened twice a year, in February and September. The objective will be to interact and share information, and experience between ECA and partners, to review policy issues and matters of principles and the overall progress of the implementation of the Business Plan and how funds entrusted to the Commission are being used. The Partners Forum will also facilitate exchange of views on emerging development priorities for Africa as well as discussing ECA initiatives in support of these priorities. The Forums will be scheduled to coincide with ECA’s own planning and reporting calendar around its bi-annual plans.

E-learning, is part of ECA’s continuing efforts to enhance
staff capacity to support professional development. This section links up with ECA's Library and will focus on
encouraging members to share best practices and foster knowledge dissemination
in a wide range of development areas.
This section provides space for the peer review of various documents, reports and publications. Peer review is an important mechanism that contributes to high quality, credible publications, and ensures objectivity and quality assurance in the research and publication process.
